Our clients are a young working couple looking for a modern, well-maintained apartment that is ready to move into in the Canton of Zurich or the surrounding urban areas.
The search is concentrating on Zurich Oberland and Winterthur although other well-connected urban locations within Canton Zurich would be considered if they have good public transport connections.
The property should encompass the following criteria:

Key Requirements
- Location: the property should be well connected to public transport, with a journey time of no more than 10 minutes to a railway station or major transport hub.
- Condition of apartment: preferably a new-build or recently completed property. Ideally, the apartment should be no more than 10 years old at the time of purchase and require little or no renovation.
- Layout and features: the apartment should have a bright and practical layout with relatively low ongoing maintenance requirements. A private basement storage unit or other useful storage space is required, as well as parking.
Ideally the apartment would have, in addition to a main bathroom, a separate shower room.
A generous balcony or alternatively a ground-floor apartment with its own private garden area would be highly desirable.
If the apartment is not on the ground floor a lift is essential.
