Our clients are a friendly, retired Swiss-British couple who are planning to return to Switzerland after several years abroad. They are now looking for a comfortable flat where they can spend the next stage of their lives together with their beloved dog.
Their search is focused on the northern part of the canton of Zurich and the canton of Aargau.

Important Criteria
The couple are looking for a flat in the northern part of the canton of Zurich or in the canton of Aargau, no more than about a 15-minute walk from the nearest railway station and within easy reach of shops, cafés and other amenities for everyday needs.
Ideally, the flat should have a bathroom as well as an additional separate shower room. A spacious balcony or, alternatively, a garden flat with a private garden area would be desirable. If the flat is not on the ground floor, a lift is essential.
You are open to considering both older flats with character and modern or newly built properties, and are flexible regarding the property’s year of construction and style. Your priorities are a comfortable flat, a good location with access to public transport, and a pleasant living environment.
